This is a platform ops / DevOps role — not a data engineering role. You won't own pipelines; you'll own the platform they run on.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain core services: Spark, Flink, Airflow, StarRocks, and OpenMetadataManage hybrid infrastructure: on-prem vSphere and Azure (networking, identity, managed services, private connectivity)Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AnsibleMaintain GitOps workflows (ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)Own the observability stack: Fluent Bit + Graylog for logs; Grafana / New Relic for metrics and alerting; Splunk operational administration and source onboardingDrive incident response, root cause analysis, and lifecycle operations (upgrades, patches, capacity)Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to ensure workload stability, access, and performanceProduce and maintain runbooks, operational guides, and onboarding documentationRequired SkillsHands-on experience operating distributed systems (Spark, Flink, or Airflow in production)Practical Azure experience: networking, identity, managed services, private connectivityStrong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentalsTerraform and Ansible (real production use)GitOps with ArgoCD; CI/CD with JenkinsObservability foundations: structured logging, metrics, alerting (any combination of Fluent Bit, Graylog, Grafana, New Relic)Operational ownership: incident handling, SLIs/SLOs, continuous improvementNice to HaveAnalytical engines: StarRocks, ClickHouse, etcAzure ML Studio from an ops/enablement perspectiveWhy choose us?We provide the opportunity to be the best version of yourself, develop professionally, and create strong working relationships, whether working remotely or on-site.
