What You'll DoRun daily kitchen operations and follow food safety standards
Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Train and support kitchen team members
Ensure fast, friendly service and accurate orders
Manage prep, inventory, and waste to meet goals
What You Bring3+ years of cooking experience (or equivalent)
Food Safety Cert + Responsible Vendor Cert (or willing to obtain)
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours

Physical Demands & Work Environment (Condensed)This role requires regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling equipment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Occasional stooping, kneeling, climbing, and exposure to moderate noise are expected.
Vision, hearing, and basic sensory abilities are required for safe job performance.
Employees work primarily indoors but may experience brief exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and wet or humid environments.
