Junior Mechanical Engineer

Position Overview:We are seeking Junior Mechanical Engineers with hands-on exposure to hydraulic systems and routing to support ongoing projects for agricultural machinery. This role is execution-focused and involves working closely with internal engineering teams to support updates, analysis, and implementation of hydraulic system changes.Key Responsibilities:Perform root cause analysis on warranty parts returned from the fieldSupport design updates and hydraulic circuit modifications for existing machines (US & India models)Assist in model year updates for tractor platformsWork on routing of hydraulic components including hoses, tubes, and fittingsUpdate engineering drawings, PDFs, and part numbers in internal systemsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to support component-level changes (motors, pumps, etc.)Ensure proper documentation and release of updated componentsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field0–3 years of experience in mechanical or hydraulic systemsBasic understanding of hydraulic circuits and componentsExposure to routing (hoses/tubes/fittings)Experience with engineering drawings and documentation updatesFamiliarity with CAD tools (Creo preferred, but not mandatory)
