A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced creative professional to join its in-house marketing and brand team as an Associate Creative Director specializing in copy and campaign development. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative setting.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the overall creative direction and ensure high-quality execution across marketing initiatives and campaigns.Lead the development of creative concepts, messaging platforms, and integrated campaign ideas.Provide clear, actionable feedback and creative guidance to writers, designers, and production teams.Oversee multiple concurrent projects while ensuring consistency with brand standards and campaign objectives.Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to deliver creative work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.Support operational planning and workflow management for creative and project teams.Mentor team members and encourage ongoing learning, collaboration, and creative development.Assist with onboarding processes, training materials, and best-practice documentation for new hires.Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, tools, and team effectiveness.Stay informed on emerging marketing trends, digital platforms, technologies, and audience engagement strategies.Ensure all creative work aligns with organizational compliance and risk-management standards.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.Extensive experience in creative development, copywriting, campaign production, media, or related marketing disciplines.Proven ability to manage complex creative projects and contribute strategically to brand and marketing initiatives.Strong understanding of branding, digital experiences, customer-focused content, and integrated marketing strategies.Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and related creative tools.Familiarity with social media trends, platform-specific content development, and modern marketing practices.Preferred ExperienceDemonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring creative teams.Portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work across channels such as television, print, digital, and social media.Strong understanding of audience engagement and storytelling for modern digital platforms.Experience producing content that balances brand consistency with innovative creative approaches.Compensation & BenefitsThe organization offers a highly competitive compensation package with salary determined by experience, market conditions, and location.
