Commercial Loan Assistant

Position: Commercial Loan AssistantCompensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Tulsa, OklahomaInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Loan Assistant to join their team!Join a dynamic team as a Commercial Loan Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting commercial lending operations. This position offers the chance to engage in a variety of responsibilities across loan servicing, customer interactions, and internal process coordination. With an upcoming retirement in the team, there's an opportunity to train alongside experienced professionals and make a significant impact.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Gather business entity documentation and coordinate loan paperworkReview loan packages and assist with finalizing closingsTrack documentation pipeline and communicate loan status updatesCollaborate with legal teams and third-party vendors for closing documentsConduct post-closing reviews for accuracy and completenessAssist with disbursing funds and maintaining accurate recordsMonitor and resolve technical exceptions for complianceCommunicate with loan processing and appraisal teamsAnalyze financial statements and insurance documentationProvide guidance to junior loan assistantsRequired Qualifications & Experience: High school diploma or GEDMinimum 5 years of banking or equivalent experienceAt least 2 years in a loan support capacityFamiliarity with key banking regulationsActive or obtainable NMLS SAFE Act registration within 30 daysCompletion of a commercial lending fundamentals course within 90 daysNice to Have Skills & Experience: Associate degree (AA/AS)Prior experience supporting commercial lendersFamiliarity with internal loan processing systemsPerks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.If you are interested in learning more about the Commercial Loan Assistant opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
