Per Diem AideAs the Per Diem Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home. Primary responsibilities include:Providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminderSupporting household tasks, meal preparation, and accompanying clients to appointments or errands as neededMonitoring and documenting client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintaining confidentiality and using EVV systemEnsuring a safe environment, operating medical equipment properly, and responding promptly to client needsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required qualifications include:Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transitCurrent CPR certificationAbility to work flexible hours and independentlyAbility to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the clientPreferred qualifications include:6+ months of home care experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $10.00 to $25.05 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
