You'll lead day to day operations, implement and improve Lean processes, oversee projects to enhance safety, quality, service, and cost-effectiveness, and drive ongoing process improvements.Key Responsibilities: Deliver day-to-day operations to exceed operational KPI's standardsLead and sustain continuous improvement initiativesTrain and guide staff in Lean/process improvementOversee and track key projects (kaizen, A3, etc.)Analyze operations for improvement opportunitiesEnsure standardized procedures and effective change managementCollaborate with stakeholdersPerform other duties as neededQualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred4–7 years' experience in continuous/process improvement (distribution/warehouse preferred)Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred)Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skillsProficient in MS Office and process management toolsCompensation & Benefits: Salary Range - $111,200 - $152,900 year, depending on experienceTarget bonus, discretionary awards401(k) planMedical, dental, vision, and life insurancePowered by JazzHR
