Customer Service Representative

*Job Summary* Maxia Insurance Agency is a comprehensive Property and Casualty Agency in Overland Park, Kansas. We serve both personal and commercial clients throughout the Midwest, and also serve a select number of sub-agents across the country. We are currently seeking a service-oriented individual for a role on the Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Agent Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day service on house accounts including policy changes and quoting. They will also manage service for a select number of agents to help them place and service business in their markets. Additionally, the candidate will ensure smooth operations both individually and for the team by handling various office duties including primary responsibility for incoming phone and email communications. *Duties* - Accurately process and manage service tasks. - Handle incoming phone and email correspondence with efficiency and grace. - Maintain client and contact records, ensuring data integrity across all entities. - Experience in property insurance is a plus. - Support team operations by managing various office duties and contributing to a collaborative work environment. *Requirements* - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with a strong proficiency in Excel and with numbers. - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to problem solving. - Bachelor’s degree and/or P&C License preferred.
