The Hotel Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. Working within a medium-sized team, the agent manages check-ins and check-outs, addresses guest inquiries and concerns, and supports the smooth operation of the front desk by handling reservations and payments using the Opera system. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager and Hotel Manager, this position is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service at a single hotel location.
