Marketing Assistant

Pless Law Firm, a commercial real estate law firm, with offices in Colorado and Texas is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team.­ Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site position for a Marketing Assistant position based in Denver, Colorado, with the potential to transition into a full-time role within six months. This position is ideal for a college senior looking to transition into a full time roll after graduation. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Business Development to support a variety of initiatives, including coordinating firm events, researching marketing opportunities, drafting content for social media and publications, maintaining databases, arranging travel, and other related tasks. QualificationsExcellent Communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp, Canva and other marketing software toolsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentAbility to communicate professionally and interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team membersProactive self-starter who understands the details within a much larger contextExcellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervisionFlexibility and ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demandsAbility to work under pressure to meet strict deadlinesSchedule:Tuesday through Thursday, 9am - 5pmRemote work is not currently available for this positionSalary Range: $30/hour.
