Advanced Systems Support Analyst
Client: Florida Department of Health (DOH)Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Worksite TBD)(Contract term 2 years starting July 1st)Position OverviewZenius Corporation is seeking an Advanced Systems Support Analyst to support the Florida Department of Health. The consultant will provide advanced application support, user assistance, user acceptance testing (UAT), technical documentation, training development, and production support for critical public health applications and portals.Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years providing technical support in a help desk, service desk, or application support environment.Minimum 2 years writing SQL queries against SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.Minimum 1 year supporting surveillance, reporting, monitoring, or operational systems.Minimum 1 year creating technical documentation, user guides, training materials, and recorded training content.Minimum 1 year working with REST APIs, web services, or Azure cloud services.Minimum 1 year developing test cases, validation procedures, and testing documentation.Experience performing functional testing, workflow validation, and release verification.Experience documenting defects, screenshots, logs, expected results, and reproduction steps.Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to and resolve application access, portal, and navigation issues.Support Help Desk and ticketing system operations.Create and manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests.Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars.Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base content.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.Execute test cases and validate system enhancements and bug fixes.Document and track defects during testing activities.Perform smoke testing and post-release validation.Document business processes, workflows, and application behavior.Provide production support during business hours and maintenance windows.Coordinate with business users and technical teams to resolve issues.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting healthcare, public health, epidemiology, surveillance, or government systems; Azure cloud experience; Agile methodologies; ticketing systems; training video development.Required SkillsApplication Support, Help Desk Operations, SQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, UAT, Functional Testing, Technical Documentation, User Training, REST APIs, Azure, Troubleshooting.EducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
