This role is an integral part of the Sales Operations team and will ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will balance multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and operational objectives. The Pricing Analyst will develop pricing proposals and quotes, provide analytical support for sales operations projects, and continuously identify opportunities to improve and streamline pricing and quoting processes.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop, structure, and deliver complex, customized pricing proposals and customer quotes for healthcare clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business objectives and client requirementsAnalyze customer-specific configurations, cost structures, and margin targets to create competitive and financially sound pricing solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and finalize proposalsEnsure all pricing and quotes comply with internal policies, contractual standards, and healthcare industry requirementsManage multiple pricing requests and projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing work to meet tight deadlines and competing demandsMaintain a high level of attention to detail by reviewing pricing inputs, identifying inconsistencies or risks, and ensuring accuracy across all deliverablesIdentify opportunities to optimize pricing models, improve margins, and enhance overall proposal qualityMaintain and continuously improve pricing tools, templates, and documentation to support consistency, scalability, and efficiencySupport CRM data integrity by accurately updating and managing pricing, quoting, and opportunity informationAssist with sales operations initiatives and projects, including process improvements, reporting, and system enhancementsCommunicate pricing details, assumptions, and updates clearly and professionally to internal stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement efforts to streamline pricing and quoting processes and increase operational efficiencyOther duties as requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required3+ years of experience in pricing, quoting, financial analysis, deal desk, contracts, or sales operations—preferably within healthcare or a technology-driven environmentProven experience developing complex, customized pricing proposals, quotes, and pricing models for client-specific solutionsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data, assess financial impacts, and make sound recommendationsExceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlinesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate pricing assumptions and collaborate across cross-functional teamsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, modeling, data analysis) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsHands-on experience with CRM systems and pricing or quoting tools; familiarity with CPQ systems is a strong plusStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work independently and proactivelyExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teamsContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and optimizing pricing and quoting processesBenefits:Competitive annual salaryA rich benefits package, including medical, dental, life, and disability insuranceRetirement Savings Plan with employer contributionsPaid Time Off (PTO) and company paid holidaysProfessional Development & Training OpportunitiesEducation Reimbursement ProgramFlexible Work Arrangements (Hybrid/Remote options where applicable)Collaborative & Inclusive Work Environment
