Our company handcrafts some of the highest quality kitchen/bath custom cabinetry in the industry. Our product is sold through a network of 250+ retail dealers located throughout America. The Job: We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our team. Especially veterans in the industry, we would like to speak to you! This specific position will involve the final assembly of cabinets. You may be using some or all of the following equipment: sanders, CNC, table saws, planers, staple guns, drills, and shapers – and will predominantly be working on their own, but adhering to the production schedule. Any experience in the cabinetry industry is a huge plus! Requirements: Must be able to show up for shifts (reliable attendance) Must be able to learn Plain & Fancy's way of doing things Must be able to learn how to read & comprehend some aspects of cabinet orders Ability to read a tape measure and able to calculate measurements with ease Beneficial Skills/Background (not a requirement): Experience in Custom Cabinetry, Furniture or other woodworking business Machine Set-up & Basic Maintenance Familiar with powered wood-shop equipment and have an ability to operate safely Typical Work Week: 4 days, 10hrs per day (Monday – Thursday from 5:00AM to 3:30PM) Friday morning work More time may be available in other areas or on Friday mornings during heavy work weeks. ** Please share any potential scheduling needs/conflicts with us, we can work with you and adjust your schedule to the best of our ability.
