The Commercial Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality control. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders and ensuring work complies with project timelines and specifications. Qualifications Experience in managing commercial construction projects, including oversight of subcontractors and schedulesFamiliarity with construction safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance guidelinesStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and project plansExcellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendorsStrong knowledge of construction materials and methodsProven ability to manage budgets efficiently and meet project deadlinesPrevious experience in an on-site superintendent role is preferredTechnical certification or a degree in construction management or a related field is an asset but not mandatory
