They are committed to fostering a workplace that is respectful, supportive, and energizing—one where individuals are trusted with real responsibility, encouraged to share feedback, and given opportunities to grow from within.This is an opportunity to join a thoughtful, ambitious organization that is scaling quickly and redefining what a modern bagel concept can be.ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee production and distribution operations, ensuring coordination between commissary kitchens and retail locationsTranslate company objectives into clear operational plans and performance metricsIdentify and resolve inefficiencies across production and deliveryCommissary Kitchen OperationsOversee daily operations across production and commissary kitchens, including prepped items, sauces, and full-cycle bagel productionPartner with culinary and R&D teams to operationalize new menu items and productsSupply Chain / Logistics / Distribution ManagementOversee logistics between commissary kitchens and retail locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveryManage fleet operationsEnsure proper handling, storage, and cold-chain management across the supply processContinuously improve logistics workflows to support growthTeam Management & DevelopmentSupervise and mentor production managers and shift leadsFoster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team cultureMonitor food and labor costs and adjust staffing based on business needsHealth, Safety, & ComplianceEnforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with local health and HR regulationsStrategic GrowthDevelop scalable systems and processes to support expansionSupport planning for future production, commissary, and retail growthEnsure readiness for new product lines and distribution channelsTrack performance metrics to drive improvement and innovation
