Server/Bartender

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. - Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to recipes and standards. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment. - Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, and handle cash register duties. - Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system to manage orders and process payments. - Provide helpful and informative assistance to guests, answering questions about our menu and drink offerings. - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and tasks at once. - Participate in catering and banquet events, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere. - Stay up-to-date with new recipes and products, and assist in inventory management and ordering. - Demonstrate a passion for brewing and a commitment to serving high-quality beverages. **Requirements:** - Previous bartending experience, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting. - Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, including preparation and presentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on customer service. - Proficiency in operating a POS system and managing cash and credit transactions accurately. - Familiarity with catering and banquet events, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. - Experience with cash handling and management. - A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - A passion for brewing and a commitment to serving high-quality beverages.
