Supervisor of Referral Management
To support the Referral Management & Analytics Service line, the full-time Supervisor of Referral Management will manage employees and operations, oversee workflow, and ensure compliance with company standards while working in the MST or PST time zone.
Key responsibilitiesSupervise and orient employees, assign work, and develop work schedules while managing performance and providing feedback
Run reports, maintain data integrity, and monitor billing procedures and documentation
Develop relationships with clients and regulatory agencies while ensuring staff receives adequate trainingRequired qualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
2+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing
Familiarity with applicable service line programs and high volume call center experience preferred
Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic and HCA/Parallon IT systems preferred
