Role: Real Estate/Facilities ManagerLocation: Austin, TX | Hybrid6230 E Stassney Lane, Austin TX 78744Duration: Long Term ContractDESCRIPTION OF SERVICESResearching, designing, implementing and managing software programs.Testing and evaluating new programs.Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.Provides development and optimization services for the existing IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application.This includes creating and defining or redefining, dimensions, rules, and processes to align with evolving agency requirements.Develops processes that are streamlined with the data model and enhances performance.Supports the upgrade of IBM Tririga application by upgrading environment, planning and executing content migration with minimal business disruption, and managing the transition of upgrades.Develops, modifies, and supports report writing with BIRT.Modifies existing Tririga components to improve the agency's process, maintenance and improve system efficiency.CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS7 years' experience as a facilities Manager5 years' experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract4 years' experience in Tririga Projects Version 103 years' experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager3 years' experience as a Real Estate ManagerStart date: 03/09/2026End Date: 08/31/2026Hours: 7.5 months with extension
