Sales Representative
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our products or services to new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for building relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Duties
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and our competitors to stay ahead of the competition.
- Use effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell relevant products to customers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on new product releases and features.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the retail sales industry and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with product demos and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Strong understanding of direct sales and territory sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Technical sales skills with the ability to understand and communicate technical information.
- A strong work ethic with a focus on driving results and exceeding sales targets.
