Phone: (712)794-0900 Email: Visit: 1211 East 18th Street, Carroll, Iowa (Follow the signs around the one way drive to the Administration Building) A Quality Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) is an integral member of the leadership team for New Hope’s Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, (ICF/ID). The QIDP coordinates service design and supports for approximately 18 adults with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. The QIDP is responsible for the coordination of each person’s total plan, within assigned caseloads, acts as the person’s advocate, and as liaison for the facility and person with the family and external funding agencies. The QIDP must possess strong organization and communication skills and be self-directed. Applicant must have a bachelors degree in a human services field, or be an RN and have at least one year of experience working with people with disabilities.
