Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Executive, based in Tampa, FL. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, generating leads, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding client accounts, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. The individual will also play a key role in understanding client pain points and delivering customized payment solutions to meet their needs. Qualifications Proven skills in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunitiesExperience in Account Management, with a focus on expanding and retaining client accountsExceptional Communication and Relationship-Building abilitiesStrong background in providing first-class Customer Service and ensuring client satisfactionAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independently under minimal supervisionFamiliarity with payments, financial technology, or a related industry is a plusGoal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targetsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
