The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, operational experience, and excellent communication skills. In this role, you’ll drive data-driven decision-making and optimize processes, working with large data sets and collaborating across teams to provide valuable insights and support business operations.Key Responsibilities:Leverage Python to analyze data, automate workflows, and optimize processesHandle large-scale data sets using relational databases, SQL, and ETL processesCollaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to share insights and ensure smooth operationsMonitor critical path activities and assess their impact on project deadlinesGenerate data insights to support operational enhancements and strategic decisionsUtilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and visualization tasksMust-Have:8+ years of business analysis experience3+ years of hands-on Python experience (must be clearly indicated on the resume)Strong business acumen, with some operations experience preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)Nice to Have:Familiarity with non-Microsoft applications for data analysis and visualizationExperience working with complex, multi-dimensional data setsBackground in consulting, project management, and Python automationWork Authorization:At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
