Job Overview
You will be the Dewar Process Integration Engineer for the Dewar Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class technology in aerospace and defense through innovative manufacturing processes.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Dewar Process Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, sustaining, and improving manufacturing processes for the Integrated Dewar Cooler Assembly.
Design assembly sequences, tooling, and inspection requirements for new products.
Perform sustainment activities and resolve defects on the production line.
Characterize process capabilities and lead root‑cause corrective actions.
Evaluate product life‑cycle requirements and support production readiness reviews.
Apply data analytics to drive first‑pass yield improvements and conduct Pareto analysis.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience related to manufacturing engineering or a postgraduate degree in an applicable field.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and oral communication, strong problem‑solving/root‑cause analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Desired Skills
Experience in wire bonding, laser welding, precision adhesive bonding, vacuum processing, painting, machining, 3D printing, and mechanical design (CREO).
Automated system programming experience (G‑Code, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or other).
Experience working in a clean room environment with ESD protection protocols.
Green/Black Belt Level Six Sigma (DOE, SPC, JMP, data scripting).
Security Clearance
Full‑time positions require the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. This position requires a U.S. citizen and is located at a facility that requires special access.

Pay & Benefits
Annual base salary ranges vary by location. In California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding major metropolitan areas), the salary range is $76,500 to $134,895. In major metropolitan areas, the range is $88,000 to $152,490. This is a general guideline; final compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
