Office ManagerLocation: San Francisco, CA (South Park)Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT)A growing investment firm is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to help establish and support its first U.S. office in San Francisco. With a collaborative team of eight professionals, this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the day-to-day operations, culture, and overall office experience as the firm's U.S. presence continues to expand.The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and highly organized. You'll serve as the central point of coordination for office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a welcoming and professional environment for team members, partners, founders, and visitors.ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & FacilitiesManage office supplies, equipment, and inventoryCoordinate with vendors, including building management, internet providers, cleaning services, and other office partnersSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination with IT and operations teamsMaintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environmentCulture & Guest ExperienceServe as the face of the office for visitors, partners, and foundersSupport a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace cultureManage reception and visitor logisticsAdministrative SupportProvide light administrative assistance to leadership when neededCoordinate meeting logistics, lunch orders, reservations, and other ad hoc requestsInventory & SuppliesOrder, organize, and maintain office supplies, technology equipment, snacks, beverages, kitchen items, and cleaning suppliesMail & LogisticsManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier servicesTrack shipments and resolve delivery issues as neededConference Room ManagementOversee meeting room scheduling and ensure proper room setup and availabilityEvents & Team ActivitiesCoordinate office events, team gatherings, partner dinners, holiday celebrations, and special occasionsInternal CommunicationsCommunicate office updates, building notices, maintenance schedules, and other important announcementsQualifications2+ years of office administration, workplace experience, hospitality, or related experienceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential informationComfortable interacting with employees at all levels, from interns to executivesProficiency with Mac computers, Google Workspace, Slack, and WhatsAppAbility to work onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
