Lead Revenue Systems Engineer
Seeking a highly Lead Revenue Systems Engineer technical and hands-on with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Zuora Billing to support and scale our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) ecosystem. This role requires a strong developer mindset combined with functional CPQ and billing expertise. The ideal candidate will actively build, configure, and troubleshoot complex revenue workflows while ensuring seamless system integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain complex configurations within Salesforce CPQ including Product Bundles, Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, and Advanced ApprovalsDevelop and manage integrations between Salesforce and Zuora, including Zuora CPQ/360 sync processesBuild and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations and resolve data sync issuesDevelop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce FlowsCreate and maintain Quote Calculator Plugins (QCP) using JavaScriptManage and configure Zuora platform components including product catalog, subscription lifecycle, billing, and payment gatewaysPerform deep debugging using logs and troubleshoot system issues across Salesforce and Zuora environmentsHandle sandbox management, deployments, and CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce CLISupport production releases and ensure stability of the Quote-to-Cash ecosystemRequired Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong focus on Salesforce CPQHands-on experience with Zuora Billing / Zuora CPQ / Zuora 360Strong programming experience in Apex, LWC, JavaScript (QCP), and Salesforce FlowsExperience building and debugging API integrations (REST/SOAP)Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processesExperience with subscription billing models and revenue operations systemsStrong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze logs and resolve complex issuesExperience with deployment tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce CLINice to HaveSalesforce CPQ CertificationZuora CertificationExperience in high-growth SaaS environments
