Full Stack - more back-end at the beginning, more front-end towards the end Purpose of project is focused on pay reconciliation. They use workday for payroll for hourly works. Pay reconciliation surge effort is to make sure sperate systems remain in-sync and provide reporting and visibility to managers and up to identify discrepancies etc.
