Oracle Fusion HCM And ERP Technical SpecialistThis job is located in Tampa. Candidate must work on site one day per month. Job SummaryResponsible for developing, maintaining and supporting solutions, interfaces, integrations, and reports for Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP products using Oracle Fusion technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI loads, REST and SOAP calls, HDL templates, Fast Formulas, BPM, OTBI. Core CompetenciesCustomer Commitment - Proactively seeks to understand the needs of our customers and provide the highest standards of service Dedication to Professionalism and Integrity - Demonstrates and promotes fair, honest, professional and ethical behaviors that establishes trust throughout the organization and with the public we serve Organizational Excellence - Takes ownership for excellence through one's personal effectiveness and dedication to the continuous improvement of our operations Success through Teamwork - Collaborates and builds partnerships through trust and the open exchange of diverse ideas and perspectives to achieve organizational goals Job Specific CompetenciesSolid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with an emphasis on HCM Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in Oracle HCM Proficiency using HDL, Fast Formulas Basic understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications base tables Experience designing, developing, tuning and testing integrations in OIC including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI file uploads, and extracting ERP Cloud data using BIP reports Experience developing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Workflows (BPM) Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems Ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions to all levels of management and staff Representative DutiesEnd to end solution delivery to include eliciting requirements, proposing and documenting viable solutions, unit testing, implementation and ongoing support Provide application support of all assigned applications by troubleshooting problems to determine if they are data, configuration and/or software defect related issues and take appropriate actions to get them resolved Serve as a technical subject matter expert on projects or in work groups tasked with implementing business process improvements Records all information related to incidents and problems in call logging software, including vendor provided call logging software Perform application configuration tasks as required Assist in all major releases/updates Analyze root cause of problems, recommend resolution and preventative measures Share knowledge with technical and functional support analysts Performs other duties as necessary. Minimum Education And Experience RequirementsA bachelors degree (or higher) and six (6) years of relevant experience. Please note: Degree is preferred but will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-specific competencies.
