We are looking for someone who is smart, resourceful, collaborative, and can thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.This opportunity will allow you to leverage your administrative skills to support the team in the development of new hires. As a Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to support the coordination and facilitation of intern and new hire education. This will involve communication with managers and employees to ensure all education sessions are scheduled properly and running smoothly. We are looking for an upbeat, organized individual who can multi-task and assist our team with a range of office and business activities.If You Join Us, You WillAssist team members and coordinators in the planning and execution of education sessionsDistribute weekly calendars and reminders to teachers and students for upcoming sessionsOrganize and distribute class materialPrepare classrooms and conference rooms for upcoming live or virtual education sessionsTrack attendance for both onsite and remote sessionsInteract with the recruiting department to help facilitate and schedule interviews for trading candidates with the Education team and tradersInteract regularly with our Human Resources, Learning and Development, Employee Services and Immigration teamsAssist with employee questions and office transfers Assist with the planning and coordinating of department events and travelAttend events such as group dinners and social events What We're Looking ForMinimum of 1 year of professional or intern experience as an administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar roleAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environmentWillingness to work ONSITE five days with a bank of WFH to be used as appropriatePleasant personality and positive attitudeExcellent oral, written, and telephone communication skillsSuperior time management and organizational skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to maintain highly confidential informationStrong proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word and Excel, requiredVisa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the futureSIG does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or search firms.
