This position is responsible for overseeing evening restaurant operations, ensuring team productivity, maintaining exceptional customer service, and upholding Chick-fil-A’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include managing shift schedules, supervising team members, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring high-quality service during peak hours. The PM Shift Lead will actively collaborate with team members and management to maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Skills in Expeditor and Expediting to manage fast-paced operational tasks and streamline workflowExpertise in Project Management to handle shift planning and ensure smooth execution of evening activitiesExperience in Inspection to ensure adherence to quality and safety standardsProficiency in Logistics Management to oversee inventory and operational supply needsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to motivate and guide team members to achieve operational goals efficientlyFlexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as requiredPrevious experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
