Senior Manager, Marketplace & Retail Channels

We are a certified B Corp, plastic-neutral, and on a mission to transform the CPG industry for good.About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced marketplace operator to help scale our portfolio of owned brands across Amazon, TikTok Shop, QVC, and iHerb. Amazon is a growth driver, and this role is focused on driving performance and execution across channels, with strong ownership of how work gets done day-to-day. You’ll partner closely with the VP of Merchandising, our Amazon agency, QVC broker, and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into clear plans, disciplined execution, and measurable results.This is a Senior Manager role—you’ll operate with a high degree of independence, lead complex workstreams, and influence outcomes across teams, while not owning the full business segment strategy. Our compensation bands are determined based on market-specific cost of living data, meaning that the top of our salary range is reserved for the most experienced candidates in the highest cost of living areas across the country.
