OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead an inpatient behavioral health hospital, providing oversight for all clinical programs and services. This physician leader will be responsible for medical administration, clinical supervision, fiscal oversight, and the development of high-quality, patient-centered care in close partnership with the Senior Leadership Team.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key member of the executive leadership team, collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, and EVPProvide strategic and operational leadership across all clinical servicesDevelop, recommend, and implement clinical policies, procedures, and standards of careDirect and coordinate psychiatric services, including oversight of medical staff and APRNsEnsure the quality, safety, and effectiveness of all psychiatric and medical care delivered to hospitalized patientsMaintain a limited clinical caseload (up to six patients)Participate in shared weekend and evening call coverage with other employed physiciansEducation & Experience RequirementsMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certification in Adult or Child PsychiatryMinimum of five years of leadership experience in inpatient behavioral health servicesActive Massachusetts medical licenseCurrent DEA registrationDemonstrated experience in program development and implementationStrong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal leadership skillsThis is an exceptional opportunity to shape clinical strategy, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and influence the delivery of behavioral health care within a highly respected organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
