Summary/PbjectiveVice President, Channel MarketingThe Vice President, Channel Marketing is responsible for defining and executing isolved's channel marketing strategy, positioning the company as the preferred HCM platform for benefits brokers, and other referral partners. This role leads the development of scalable partner programs, go-to-market strategies, and co-marketing frameworks that accelerate revenue growth across the channel ecosystem. The VP will serve as a senior voice for the channel across the Marketing organization - influencing product direction, shaping strategic partnerships, and ensuring the channel is a core driver of isolved's growth agenda.Reporting to senior marketing leadership, this leader will build and develop a high-performing team while forging executive-level relationships with key partners and collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Operations to maximize the value of isolved's partner network.Core Job DutiesServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, providing guidance, escalation support, and business planningDevelop and execute partner engagement plans, ensuring alignment with revenue goals, customer satisfaction targets, and go-to-market strategyPartner with Marketing and Enablement to deliver training, sales tools, and communications that enhance partner performance and consistencyDrive adoption and utilization of isolved's partner programs, tools, and resources to ensure high partner satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to resolve partner issues, streamline onboarding, and support long-term partner healthMonitor partner performance and pipeline activity, providing analysis, reporting, and recommendations for improvement to internal stakeholdersSupport execution of partner conferences, webinars, and field events that reinforce isolved's value and foster deeper partner relationshipsGather and share partner feedback with internal teams to inform product development, roadmap prioritization, and market positioningContribute to partner segmentation, tiering strategies, and operational processes that scale with business growthSupport due diligence and integration planning for new and acquired partners in coordination with the Network and M&A teamsJob Complexity Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Clear expertise as a manager, leader, and operator.ExperienceTypically requires a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of direct experience, with 8+ years of leadership experience. May require advanced degree.Scope Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Detailed knowledge of company allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas. Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations. Recognized as an influential leader. Drives significant impact and improvements across their function; strategically plans for how people and processes scale.Discretion Erroneous decisions will have a long-term effect on the company's success.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in partner management, channel programs, or B2B relationship management, preferably in SaaS or HCMStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to execute partner strategy across a matrixed organizationExperience managing multiple high-touch relationships with attention to detail and responsivenessUnderstanding of the HCM, payroll, or PEO landscape strongly preferredFamiliarity with CRM, partner portals, and enablement platformsAbility to travel for partner meetings and events as neededPhysical DemandsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
