```Duties``` - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment - Take and develop dental x-rays - Prepare and maintain dental materials and supplies - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and trimming impressions - Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment Make temporary crowns and take alginate impressions. ```Requirements``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program - X-ray certification - Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques - Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control protocols - Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with CAD software for digital impressions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Skills: - Experience working with pediatric patients - Knowledge of vital signs monitoring Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
