You will be the heartbeat of the sales floor—coaching associates, engaging customers, and ensuring daily operations run seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Results: Champion daily sales goals by leading by example and motivating the team to exceed targetsEmpower the Team: Coach, mentor, and train sales associates on advanced service techniques and product knowledgeElevate the Experience: Ensure every customer receives top-tier service, resolving any escalations with a positive, professional solutionManage Floor Operations: Oversee visual merchandising, maintain pristine store appearance, and coordinate floor coverageSecure Daily Logistics: Execute open/close procedures, supervise point-of-sale operations, and maintain accurate inventory controlsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of retail experience, with 1+ years in a team lead or supervisory capacityProven track record of hitting sales targets and cultivating a positive team cultureExceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work retail shifts, including peak weekends and holidays. 32-40 hrs a week.
