We're now looking for a Superintendent to lead site operations across Texas and help drive our next phase of growth.What You'll DoOversee all on-site construction activities for retail, restaurant, and other commercial projectsCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure quality and timelinessLead job site safety, subcontractor meetings, and project documentationMaintain 3-week lookahead schedules using Microsoft ProjectResolve field-level issues and collaborate with PMs and leadershipUse Procore to manage daily logs, punch lists, and progress trackingWhat You Bring 5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects (e.g., retail, QSR, C-stores, restaurants)Procore, Microsoft Project, and blueprint reading proficiencyOSHA 30 certification (required)High school diploma required; college preferredWilling to travel within TexasComfortable leading field teams and doing hands-on work if neededBi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhy Join Us High-volume project pipeline with stable, long-term workVehicle and phone allowancePaid holidays + PTOMedical, dental, and vision benefits (50% covered for employees)Leadership team that values your contribution and helps you grow
