Labor and Employment Associate AttorneyPosition OverviewThe Labor and Employment Associate Attorney will provide legal support and guidance on a variety of employment law matters. This role is essential in representing clients in disputes, advising on compliance with labor laws, and assisting in negotiations and litigation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in employment law and the ability to effectively advocate for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on employment law matters including compliance and HR policiesRepresent clients in litigation and dispute resolution processesConduct legal research and prepare case documentationParticipate in mediation and arbitration proceedingsAdvise clients on contract negotiations and employment agreementsManage case files and maintain effective communication with clientsAssist in class action lawsuits and other labor law-related casesPrepare and present compelling arguments in court and other legal forumsCollaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide consultationStay updated on changes in labor and employment law to provide informed adviceQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolAdmittance to the TX state bar3+ years of experience in labor and employment lawExperience in defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour claimsStrong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and complianceProven experience in litigation and dispute resolutionExcellent legal research and writing skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyStrong negotiation and advocacy skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and colleaguesExperience with class action lawsuits is a plus Email Your Resume In Word ToShiv.Warrier@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
