Treasury AnalystJob Category: Accounting/Finance Requisition Number: TREAS004849 Location: Irving, TX 75063, USA DescriptionJOB OVERVIEW: The Treasury Analyst supports centralized cash management and banking operations for a multi-location dental services organization managing 40+ clinics. This role is responsible for daily cash positioning, bank portal management, ACH and wire processing, credit card program administration support (AMEX and Ramp), and cash flow forecasting support. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding company liquidity, strengthening internal controls, and improving visibility into cash operations across subsidiaries. REPORTS TO: VP Controller SCHEDULE: This position requires a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as business requires including evenings and weekends. FLSA STATUS: Exempt QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 23+ years of treasury, banking, or cash management experience Experience managing ACH and wire transactions Experience with corporate credit card programs (AMEX, Ramp preferred) Strong understanding of internal controls Experience in multi-entity or healthcare organization Experience with bank reporting tools and treasury management systems Familiarity with NetSuite (for cash-related reconciliations) Understanding of fraud prevention practices Advanced Excel skills ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Cash Management & Banking Monitor daily cash balances Prepare daily and weekly cash position reports Manage cash transfers Bank Portal Administration Manage access and user permissions across banking platforms Draft and process ACH payments and wire transfers (WTs) Maintain dual-approval internal controls for payments Coordinate with AP and accounting teams to validate payment support Monitor and responsible for positive pay and decision process Monitor fraud prevention tools Credit Card Program Oversight Supports administration of AMEX corporate card program Supports administration Ramp credit card and reimbursement platform Monitor credit limits and spending activity Identify unusual or unauthorized transactions Assist in credit card policy enforcement Reporting & Controls Download and save bank statements Monitor cash concentration and sweep structures Support audit requests related to cash, and treasury operations Strengthen internal treasury policies and procedures PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged sitting and standing as needed Ability to lift up to 15 lbs NOTE: A review of this description has excluded the marginal functions of the position that are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties.
