Discovery Dept. is a fast-growing, A&R-curated distribution and artist development company focused on building the next generation of artists through strategy, collaboration, and hands-on support.We are currently seeking passionate, motivated A&R representatives to join our team.ROLE OVERVIEWAs an A&R at Discovery Dept., you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing artists who align with our vision.
