We're currently looking for a few hard-working, dependable Landscape Laborers to join our team for the upcoming season.If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the immediate results of a day's hard work, we want to talk to you.What You'll Be DoingYou'll be the boots on the ground making our clients' properties look elite. Your daily tasks will include:Precision Mowing: Operating commercial-grade zero-turn and walk-behind mowers.Detail Work: Masterful string trimming (weedeating), edging, and blowing off surfaces to leave a crisp, clean finish.Landscape Installs: Assisting with mulch spreading, planting, rock installation, and basic sod laying.Equipment Care: Keeping your gear clean and reporting any maintenance needs to the lead.What We're Looking ForReliability: You show up on time, every time. The crew depends on you.Stamina: You're comfortable working 8-10 hour shifts outdoors in various weather conditions.Eye for Detail: You don't leave "mohawks" in the grass or missed spots in the beds.Team Player: You have a positive attitude and can take direction well.Experience: Previous experience with commercial lawn equipment is a plus, but if you have a strong work ethic, we are willing to train the right person.Why Work With Us?Competitive Pay: Starting at $15 to $30 per hour (based on experience).Solid Hours: Consistent weekly schedules with overtime opportunities during the peak season.Modern Gear: We invest in quality equipment so you aren't fighting with broken tools all day.Growth: We prefer to promote from within—show us what you can do, and there's room to move up to a Crew Lead position.
