We are currently searching for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to fill the role of the ABA Therapy Clinical Assistant that is seeking their BCBA or BCaBA certification and to provide support and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.The Clinical Assistant will be working in the clinic setting with children ages 2-6 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).ABLE Kids will provide necessary supervision to fulfill requirements to sit for the BCBA exam.ExperienceMust maintain RBT credential in good standing (required)Must be seeking BCBA or BCaBA Credential (required)Job Role And ResponsibilitiesTrain new hires under the guidance of the BCBA SupervisorWill provide direct therapy coverage if needed after lead RBTAssist in BCBA related activities as part of BCBA/ BCaBA experience hours/ supervision under the guidance of the BCBA SupervisorWill assist in administrative duties to include:Inputs Central Reach appts ensuring billable/ non-billable codes are input correctly and appt time is correctEnsures session notes are completed in a timely manner in Central ReachEnsures timesheets are converted in a timely manner in Central ReachUpdates daily attendance report in Central ReachRequirementsCurrently enrolled in or completed Master's degree in pursuit of BCBA or BCaBA certificationReliable mode of transportation to and from the clinicExperience and willingness to work with young children
