This position requires demonstration of competency for all activities that either directly or indirectly affect product safety and quality. The individual will work onsite at our state of art Innovation and Manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, NC.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:This role involves ensuring safe, efficient operation of production and facility systems through comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.Safety & Housekeeping:Follow all OSHA and company safety rules, perform required safety/environmental inspections, and maintain a clean work area.Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:Complete PM/PdM tasks using tools such as ultrasonic testing, vibration analysis, and laser alignment. Identify trends and root causes to drive improvements.Equipment Maintenance & Repair:Quickly diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Replace or service motors, belts, bearings, seals, pneumatic components, gearboxes, pulleys, and other machine parts.Technical Skills:Read electrical/mechanical schematics; perform equipment changeovers; work with PLCs, VFDs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.Fabrication & Machine Shop Work:Operate mills, lathes, grinders, drill presses, and use gas/MIG/TIG welding equipment.Facility & Building Maintenance:Perform carpentry, painting, flooring, sheetrock repairs, lighting replacement, boiler/steam system maintenance, dust extraction system work, and A/V setup/teardown. Install and repair lab equipment.Team & Work Ethic:Work collaboratively, maintain a positive attitude, continuously learn, and perform other duties as assignedGrade level movement dependent on demonstrated equipment knowledge, tracked via Maintenance Training Matrix.WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:Are you ready to be part of an outstanding Maintenance team?
