Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes to ensure production specifications are met.; Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees, directing them to the appropriate manager for policy questions.; Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and procedures. Report any problems or hazardous situations to management.; Inspect products and shipments to verify conformance to specifications.; Review and approve machine setups, production samples, and shipments as necessary.
