Alabama Licensed Loss Mitigation Liaison

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I to manage the loss mitigation process for mortgage loan borrowers. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Single Point of Contact for delinquent mortgage loan borrowers, handling calls and inquiries regarding loss mitigation options Collect consumer financial information and assist borrowers in understanding loss mitigation documents and processes Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain internal control standards throughout the loss mitigation processRequired QualificationsA combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of mortgage collections is preferred
