Job description Assistant Manager/Shift Leader Reports to: General Manager Job Summary: Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising all aspects of the store operations, teamwork and customer service on a part-time or full-time basis, as assigned by the General Manager. This individual plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. In this role, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
