Senior Financial Crime Investigator We're growing fast and we have some very exciting plans. We're looking for a Senior Financial Crime Investigator to help us make them happen.What You Can Expect To Be Doing: Carrying out Customer due diligence (CDD) checks e.g. Peps and SanctionsConduct investigations stemming from trigger events such as transaction monitoring alerts or source of wealth enquiries to identify suspicious activityPerforming manual tasks including document reviews and actioning risk based account closuresProviding recommendations & decisions for financial crime related requests raised by other teams within the businessAdhering to all relevant financial crime processes/procedures to complete operational financial crime workflowsProactively identifying issues with current processes and procedures and implementing improvementsWhat We're Looking For: A keen interest in Financial Crime and FraudComfortable working autonomously, learning quickly, and using initiativeYou have a good understanding of risk mitigationStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood analytical and investigative skills with the ability to make informed decisions using best judgementAttention to detail across all areas of workPrevious experience working with data and using it to come up with recommendations for process enhancementsWhat We're Really Looking For: We're looking for someone who's genuinely excited about Chip and energised by the opportunity to help build the future of wealth, making saving, investing and pensions simpler and more accessible for everyone.We work in a regulated space, so the bar is high.
