EDI Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EDI Developer with 3 5 years of experience to support and enhance our Order-to-Cash integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EDI transactions, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, implement, and support EDI integrations across Order-to-Cash processes.Manage and troubleshoot EDI transactions including 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (PO Acknowledgment), 856 (ASN), 810 (Invoice), 860 (PO Change), and 846 (Inventory Inquiry/Advice).Monitor EDI workflows, identify issues, and resolve errors in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal teams, trading partners, and third-party providers to ensure seamless data exchange.Support onboarding of new trading partners, including mapping, testing, and validation.Maintain documentation for EDI processes, mappings, and integrations.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Required Qualifications3 5 years of hands-on experience in EDI development and support.Strong experience with Order-to-Cash EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810, 860, 846).Experience working with AS/400 and OpenText EDI products: Bizlink & Bizmanager for supportSolid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data issues.Experience integrating with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.Experience working with major retailers and marketplaces, including big-box retailers and Amazon.Strong understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12) and integration concepts. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Experience with Orderful platform.Experience with CommerceHub and/or DSCO.Familiarity with retail and eCommerce integration workflows.
