This is a revenue-driving leadership position.We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead performance, drive sales growth, and hold the team accountable to measurable targets.You will be responsible for:• Increasing service revenue and retail performance• Managing daily operations and team execution• Owning KPIs, productivity, and performance metrics• Coaching staff on upselling, rebooking, and client retention• Ensuring a high-level guest experience• Holding the team accountable to numbersThis role is performance-based.
