The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agentic solutions leveraging Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Data Cloud, Prompt Engineering, and Salesforce AI technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce.Configure Agent Builder, Topics, Instructions, Actions, Guardrails, and Agent Scripts.Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex, Flows, APIs, and integrations.Build conversational AI solutions for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Support use cases.Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for contextual grounding and intelligent decision-making.Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Platform Events.Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven workflows.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, governance, and performance optimization.Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and deployment activities.Support CI/CD implementation using Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps tools.Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI adoption initiativesRequired SkillsSalesforce & Development5-8 years of Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in:ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)SOQL/SOSLSalesforce FlowsService CloudSales CloudExperience CloudAI & AgentforceHands-on experience with:Salesforce AgentforceAgent BuilderAgentforce DXAgent ScriptsPrompt BuilderPrompt EngineeringEinstein AI / Generative AI capabilitiesData CloudExperience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents.
