Your primary responsibilities will consist of supporting all parts of audit engagements including cash, account receivables, account payables, fixed assets, inventory, payroll, and overall expense analysis to assist clients with improving business performance and managing risk.You will have the opportunity to gain a broad spectrum of knowledge working with our sophisticated client base consisting of high-net-worth individuals and companies in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing & distribution, real estate, and service and technology, as well as international businesses.How You Will Spend Your TimeReview and audit business transactions in all parts of the audit engagementUtilize knowledge of internal accounting controls and professional standards (GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB) to provide clients with individualized solutionsEfficiently identify, research, and analyze issuesCollaborate with your engagement team and communicate effectively with senior team membersBegin acquiring the skills necessary to develop and build quality client relationships and loyaltyDevelop an understanding of the client's industry and recognize key performance indicators, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developmentsParticipate in networking activities and maintain contact with business peersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's preferredMajor and overall minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0CPA license or CPA eligible in the near futureEffective multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining work qualityExemplary written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsGrowth mindset and ability to solve problems and find solutionsCommitment to professional and client service excellenceSome of the Benefits We Offer YouHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting your first day of employment401(k) MatchingPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysWell-Being & Wellness Benefits and ProgramsFinancial Support for Professional Exams and Continuing EducationCulture based on integrity, respect, accountability, and excellenceCompetitive compensation reflecting skills, competencies, and potentialFlexible Hybrid Work Schedule to enjoy work/life balanceDress for Your Day policy
