Lead the charge on major transformation initiatives—consumer experience, supply chain, digital, technology, and data—ensuring every project delivers value and ROI. Cultivate a culture of accountability, clarity, and proactive communication, empowering teams to deliver their best work. Requirements:Visionary leader with a Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred. Certified in Program Management and/or Product Ownership (CPM, CSPO, PSPO, ACPMPO, or equivalent). 15+ years of experience driving strategy and program management in omni-channel environments. Proven track record of delivering digital and data-driven business value, with deep financial acumen. Experience leading global teams and managing complex, matrixed organizations. Master communicator, able to inspire and align senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with a bias for action—innovative, collaborative, and relentlessly focused on results. Champion of equity, inclusion, and diversity, with infectious enthusiasm and a growth mindset.
